These terms of service govern your use of this website; by using this website, you accept these terms of service in full and without reservation. If you disagree with these terms of service or any part of these terms of service, you must not use this website.
By using this website, you agree that the exclusions and limitations of liability set out in this website disclaimer are reasonable.

We will setup your account after we have received payment and we and/or our payment partner(s) have screened the order(s) in case of fraud.
It is your responsibility to provide us with an email address which is not @ the domain(s) you are signing up under. If there is ever an abuse issue or we need to contact you, the primary email address on file will be used for this purpose. It is your responsibility to ensure the email address on file is current or up to date at all times.
If any provision of this website disclaimer is, or is found to be, unenforceable under applicable law, that will not affect the enforceability of the other provisions of this website disclaimer.
Spam / IP Blacklist
We take a zero tolerance stance against sending of unsolicited e-mail, bulk emailing, and spam. “Safe lists” and purchased lists will be treated as spam. Sites advertised via SPAM (Spamvertised) may not be hosted on our servers.
Sending Spam? Expect an instant termination, no second chances. To retrieve a backup ( If available ) will cost $30 / Backup. If you get our mail server(s) IP listed on Email blacklists or other mail filtering list(s) will result in instant termination. To retrieve a backup ( If available ) will cost $30 / Backup.
Breaches of these terms and conditions
Without prejudice to www.solordp.com’s other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, www.solordp.com may take such action as www.solordp.com deems appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the services, prohibiting you from accessing the services, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the services, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the website and/or bringing court proceedings against you.
Any disputes will result in your service being suspended until it’s resolved. Any disputes on public forums, blogs or social media will result in your service being suspended. We will not respond on public forums and you’ll be ignored, however, we will be more than happy to try and resolve any issues privately via tickets or emails on condition that you’re polite towards staff.
Any abuse to staff will result in your services being terminated immediately and be placed on a blacklist.
Refusal Of Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, including if you’re an existing client, we can give you a minimum of 48 hours to transfer your data off our servers. Failure to respond to email from our abuse department within 24 hours may result in the suspension or termination of your services.
We’re not obliged to give you a reason or to discuss the matter, it’s at our sole discretion.
Service Level Agreement
SoloRDP will provide 99% uninterrupted transit to the internet and 99% uninterrupted electrical power to each Shared Server, cloud servers, Remote Desktop Protocol, VPS and Dedicated Server ( Deployed from 1 September 2020 ) In the event that we can’t provide 99% uptime, clients are eligible to receive an account credit proportionate to the amount of time that the affected service was inaccessible.
SoloRDP provides up 99% Uptime. However if any given time the server is down, then we compensate it real good as well.
- SoloRDP only offers these agreements to direct clients only. SoloRDP is not liable for resellers.
- SoloRDP only offers SLA as an account credit. (Can’t be transferred)
- SLA Credit is calculated from the time when the initial ticket is opened to the issue resolved.
- Any customers account not in good standing, is not eligible for SLA credit.
- Any client servers disconnected/suspended due to a violation of the T&C’s is not eligible for SLA credit.
- All SLA claims must be made to billing department within 24 hours of the issue being solved. SLA credit may take up to 15 days to authorize, process and applied to the client’s account.
- SLA credits can’t be stacked. (EG: claiming for network downtime as well as power downtime)
- Any failure outside the data centers ( EG: Bandwidth carrier outages ) are not eligible for SLA credit.
- Blocked IP in the server’s firewall is excluded from SLA agreement.
- To make it a valid downtime, a connection must be refused at the servers IP address.
- Scheduled Maintenance is not included in the SLA.
- DDoS attacks are not covered by the SLA unless you have purchased our advanced DDoS protection service.
- An act of God, including weather, natural disasters, or any other disaster outside the control of the company or data centers, is not eligible for SLA credit.
ACCEPTABLE USAGE POLICY
www.solordp.com does not fall in DMCA jurisdiction and so we ignore all DMCA request.
Use of our services to infringe upon any copyright or trademark is prohibited. The offer of sale of any counterfeit
merchandise of a trademark holder will result in the immediate termination of your account. Any account found
to be in violation of another’s copyright will be expeditiously removed, or access to the material disabled. Any
account found to be in repeated violation of copyright laws will be terminated from our servers.

- Child Pornography ( FBI / Police will pay you a visit )
- Public / Private Proxy Scripts
- Tor Servers
- AutoSurf/PTC/PTS/PPC sites
- IP Scanners
- Bruteforce Programs/Scripts/Applications
- Mail Bombers/Spam Scripts
- Escrow/Bank Debentures
- Investment Sites
- Prime Banks Programs
- Gambling/Casino Sites
- Fraudulent Sites
- Sites promoting illegal activities
- Bulk Email Scripts
- Bitcoin Miners
- Broadcast or Streaming of Live Sporting Events
It is your responsibility to ensure that scripts/programs installed under your account are secure and the
permissions of directories are set properly, regardless of the installation method. When at all possible,
set permissions on most directories to 755 or as restrictive as possible.
Any account that is found to be compromised may be disabled and/or terminated. If you do not clean up
your account after being notified by us of an ongoing issue, we reserve the right to keep your account(s)
disabled and a terms violation fee applied.
We reserve the right to migrate your account/data from one data center to another in order to comply
with applicable data center policies, local law or for technical or other reasons without notice.
Shared space may not be used for storage (whether of media, emails, or other data), including, as offsite storage of electronic files, email or FTP hosts.
We expressly reserve the right to review every shared account for excessive usage of CPU, disk space and other resources that may be caused by a violation of this Agreement or the Acceptable Use Policy. We may, in our sole discretion, terminate access to the Services, apply additional fees, or remove or delete User Content for those accounts that are found to be in violation of our terms and conditions.
Dedicated IPs are only to be used for SSL-based websites only.
A user may not:
- Run stand-alone, unattended server-side processes at any point in time on the server.
- Run any software that interfaces with an IRC (Internet Relay Chat) network.
- Run Cron entries with intervals of less than 10 Minutes
This Web Hosting Agreement (“Agreement”) is between SoloRDP and the person (individual or legal person) whoâs signs up to the service (the “Order”) incorporating this Agreement by reference (“Customer”). This Agreement governs Customer’s use of SoloRDP service.
Services interrupted for non-payment will be subject to a 10% late fee. Data stored on client’s services will not be available to the client until reconnection is established or alternative arrangements are made to the sole satisfaction of SoloRDP.
Clients services being deactivated for non-payment are subject to their data being destroyed seven days from suspension date. SoloRDP is not responsible for any data loss or damage to your business.
It’s the client’s responsibility to log in to the client area and to check for upcoming invoices and pay them on time, we do send out invoice reminders via email, please make sure that you have the correct email address on file and you are able to receive our emails in your inbox.
Charge-back & Disputes
Any charge backs against SoloRDP will occur a ( $30 Terms Violation Fee ). This must be paid to retrieve your data/backups.
This will result in immediate suspension of service with no guarantee of the service being re-activated. Any unauthorized charge-backs will not be granted any form of a refund and you ( the client ) will be blacklisted from our services. Any PayPal disputes will be deemed as a fraudulent act and all services on your account will be suspended until the case has been closed.
If your account accumulates debt, SoloRDP may at its own discretion pass your details to a 3rd party debt collection company or may sell your debt to a 3rd party. If your account is passed to a debt collection company or the debt is sold, then a fee of up to $100 may be applied.
SoloRDP MAY DISCLOSE ANY SUBSCRIBER INFORMATION TO DEBT COLLECTION AGENCIES WITHOUT FURTHER CONSENT OR NOTIFICATION TO THE SUBSCRIBER.
We reserve the right to change prices listed on www.solordp.com, and the right to increase/decrease the number of resources given to plans at any time. We also reserve the right to change your subscription price to fall in-line with inflation.
Cancellations and Refunds
SoloRDP gives you a legit reason – initial 3 Day Money Back Guarantee. You can ask for a refund if you have a legit problem from our end. Our 3 Day refund policy includes:
- Shared Hosting
- Remote Desktop Protocol
Our 3 Day refund policy excludes:
- Cloud Servers
- Dedicated Servers
- Server Management
- SSL Certificates
- Customized services/orders
Dedicated servers are subject to being reclaimed and all content deleted if you fail to make payment on or before the due date. If you make a late payment we do not automatically reactivate virtual or dedicated servers.
Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. For example, if you’ve had an account with us before, canceled and signed up again, or if you have opened a second account with us, you will not be eligible for a refund. Violations of this Agreement will waive your rights under the refund policy.
You may terminate or cancel the Services by giving us written notice via the cancellation form provided, no less
than 5 days prior to the renewal date for your service(s). In such event, you shall be obligated to pay all fees and
charges accrued prior to the effectiveness of such cancellation.
Services for the full months remaining after the effectiveness of such cancellation shall not be refunded. Any request
to cancel the services will be auctioned instantly, once cancellation request has been placed, we can’t reverse the
request, you will have to re-order.
SoloRDP shall not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. SoloRDP makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. SoloRDP disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, no deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions.
In no event that SoloRDP will be held liable for any of the following:
- Damages due to unforeseen circumstances
- Equipment / Network / Bandwidth Issues
- IP Routing Issues
- Loss of Business
- Loss of Opportunity
- Loss of Reputation
- Loss of Earnings
- Loss of Data
- Act Of God
END OF LIFE
Hosting related technology and services develop quickly and are constantly changing. Periodically some products become antiquated or deprecated due to major enhancements and/or because a third-party vendor has discontinued support or future development.
Although SoloRDP makes great efforts to maximize the life span of all its software and hardware, there are times when a product will be discontinued or reach its “end of life”.
